Michael Gill with his bike the first time around in the '80s |
...Michael Gill upgraded to a Colnago, sold the Peugeot and moved on.
26 years later, he caught the old bike bug and went looking for a vintage ride to rekindle the joy he'd felt with his old Peugot. Well, it turns out that while looking at a couple of vintage bike frames listed on Craig's List, he found not just a similar bike, but the remains of his old bike which he recognized by the "black helvetica letters spelling out CLEVELAND" that he had added to the fork.
